Michilla Blaise
Founder + CEO
Michilla Blaise is a community relations specialist with over two decades of project management expertise and grassroots organizing in both the private and public sectors. Michilla served as the right-hand woman to the longest-standing female alderman in Chicago’s history where she learned community development and constituent engagement on a grand scale. She then began her own consulting firm that specializes in political campaign management, grassroots organizing, and public relations. She has also led successful campaigns from the judicial to congressional levels. Prior to her time in politics, Michilla worked in the nonprofit sector developing programming for arts and education partnerships. She is a lifelong Chicagoan and her background in organizing, arts and politics make her an invaluable community liaison.
